Very convienient to NYC. Close to restaurants and shopping.

We were first put into a smoking room when we requested a non smoking room. One call to the front desk and we were immediately changed to an upgraded newly renovated room. It was clean and had good amenities including a flat screen TV, microwave and mini refrigerator. It was quiet at night and very close to NYC. Very good value for what we paid. ...read more

The hotel staff was great.

The hotel is an older facility and shows some wear, but it was clean and the staff was great. They let us check in early, called a cab for us, checked train prices and times. It was a $12 cab ride to the train station or you can just drive right into the city which takes less than 15-20 minutes during rush hour. ...read more

The hotel said it was newly renovated, but not all of the rooms. Bugs in the room. Internet was free, only if you were a t-mobile subscriber, other than that it was 7.95 a day!!! Loud buses in the parking lot, starting there engines at all time of the day and night. Coffee machine in lobby was not working. The rooms are tiny. ...read more
